We've been gone a sec... Now we're back a sec... then perhaps we'll be gone again... it's hard to tell these days!

NEW ALBUM, "THE PALE BLUE DOT" AVAILABLE NOW along with
our first record "Anthems for a Stateless Nation"  HERE FOR FREE

Welcome

Welcome to the official website for Noah and the MegaFauna. This summer is an exciting one for us as we release our second record, The Pale Blue Dot. Check in here for upcoming events, video releases, free downloads and high fives.
Noah and the MegaFauna is the brain child of the child brain of Noah Lit. The debut album, Anthems For A Stateless Nation was an attempt to combine a love of Django Reinhardt style Jazz Manouche with a more modern song writers aesthetic. The New Album, The Pale Blue Dot, shows the band flexing their orchestral rock muscles. The slinky jazz aesthetic is coupled with a healthy does of strings, percussion and lyricism evoking genre benders like Tom Waits, Nick Cave and Elvis Costello.

“An eccentric ensemble that sounds like a jazz-infused version of Devotchka. Influenced by 'gypsy jazz' pioneer Django Reinhardt, the Los Angeles-based band features sharp blaring horns, big swinging rhythm guitar, frontman Noah Lits chilling, pained vocals, and an overall eerie and brooding, yet carnival-esque vibe.”
